Built in 1920, Box Factory originally housed the US Corrugated Fiber Box CO; one of Indianapolis' original business success stories, known today as Lacy Diversified Industries, Inc (LDI). Anchored by North Mass Boulder, Box Factory will have an additional 89,000 square feet of commercial office space available. Box Factory is the anchor project in Indianapolis' next great neighborhood within the North Mass District.
